My husband and I met Dawn by chance through a Zillow search. We are not from the Summerville area and had honestly no idea about communities or even some of the new build images we were looking at online, “assuming” the homes in the pics were actually available. We contacted Dawn about one such home and within 10 minutes, Dawn was on the phone educating us on the area and lining up homes for us to preview. We met with her the same day and since then she has worked closely with us to find our dream home in Summerville. We are from upper NY State, so we relied heavily on her expertise of the area, her relationship with the local builders as well as her understanding of our needs to narrow down the location and type of homes to look at. I made one more trip down and in that time, Dawn found us the perfect place. The home was not completed and there were some hiccups with closing, Dawn handled our various inspections as well as builder meetings since we were out of town. Her and her partner Bobby were our advocates when we had a few things come up at closing and from the first meeting to getting the keys, Dawn’s professional and sweet attitude made this buying experience wonderful. We look forward to working with her in the future and highly recommend her.

Dawn was amazing at communicating regularly and keeping us updated on homes. She did not push us to buy houses we weren’t sold on, but she was always ready in case we did decide to put in an offer since the market was so competitive when we were buying! Dawn was also extremely flexible with meeting times, and she did a great job walking my husband and I through the buying process since it was our first home. On top of all of this, she was just an all around enjoyable person to be around while we were touring homes!
