Being new to the area it was so nice to have an agent that not only knew the area but was willing to go the extra mile to ensure all the aspects of an out of state purchase went smoothly. My fiancé and I came down in one weekend to find a house for our move to SC. I’m a nurse and needed to find something that would be ready in time for me to start work. It took two days for Dawn to find us our perfect first house. Throughout the entire process she advocated for us, helped us navigate this world of buying a house as neither of us ever have and when our house kept getting pushed back for completion time she was there trying to find ways to speed the process along as we were living in air bnbs. Of course having the house push back was no fault of hers and she kept me sane when I kept stressing out about it. She also helped when we had our blue/green tape walkthrough.
