Dawn helped me as a first time home buyer purchase my home and then a couple of years later helped me sell it too. She went above and beyond to get my house ready to sell, from mowing my grass, filling/sanding/painting a few chunky nail holes, cleaning up weeds. She did it all. It was such a relief to know that despite me being out of state she was going to make sure my house was move in ready. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field and knows all the right people. I was losing hope that I would get this house sold and then she came along and got it done within a couple of months. During our sale, we had the difficulty of buyers' who tried to lowball us and their realtor (whom we had previously used... with a grudge against us for not choosing again). Dawn was a tiger, protecting our homes' value as an asset and handling the situation with diplomacy and aplomb. For the new home she got the seller to pay for a home warranty and it was so good to have when the hot water heater died in our third month after purchase.
