Mother of two, restaurateur and realtor, and community involvement. Dawn’s daughters and family come first in everything she accomplishes or set out to accomplish. Her business life consists of 4 restaurants and a real estate group. Community involvement is very important and Dawn serves on the Citizens Advisory Board, serving Cleveland County’s foster children, a well as serving on the School Board for Children's House Montessori School.
Dawn became interested in Real Estate shortly after purchasing her first home in 2008. Having grown up in apartments and bouncing from foster home to foster home, Dawn understands the peace of mind that comes from owning your own home.
Education and growth are an integral part of the Real Estate process. Dawn takes the opportunity to attend as many conferences and trainings as possible, in order to bring new knowledge and information back to her clients and peers.
In 2017, Dawn began serving on the Agent Leadership Council (ALC), the board of directors for the brokerage, and is helping agents grow their Real Estate businesses.
Dawn is a low-key person who does not go looking for accolades or awards. She simply wishes to help clients and peers get to where they desire to be as painlessly as possible. This is a hospitality business that happens to sell real estate. People first or it is not a win!
