Dawn met with us for breakfast on a Saturday and found out our likes and dislikes. We looked at approximately 12 houses over a 3 day time the beginning of the next week and we found the house we liked by Wednesday. We put in the bid it was excepted and we were all set to buy this house in less than a week. Dawn referred the lender which we found to be great, she also has references for just about anything you need for the home buying process.
