Dawn is always on the ball. We wanted to see a house she was on it, no wasting time with this woman. She gets it done!! VERY rarely did we have a question she didn't have the answer to, but it never took her long to find out. We were living in Indiana at the time we were looking for a home in Colorado. With the market being as crazy as it was almost impossible for my wife and I to see homes/walk through homes. Dawn stepped in and did virtual walk throughs on our behalf. Great if you are busy with work. She will go to listings for you and send video of the house and will speak to lenders and title companies on your behalf if you are too busy to do so yourself.
