This is my first home purchase and Dawn had made seamless. I was reluctant in buying a home. I had a lot of concerns but Dawn helped me answer those questions and would go above and beyond to get that answer for me. She would also give advices on which properties would be good for a started home and which one I would earn equity on.

Dawn was super speedy with everything during the process. Anytime we needed to put in offer in or make an amendment to our contract for closing she was extremely quick! She is also super knowledgeable and knows how to make an offer strong to win the contract eventually, this market is really rough, but having Dawn by your side will help immensely!
