When my parents decided to sell their home in North Port I recommended Dawn. She sold the home immediately. The day of the closing was the day hurricane Ian hit Florida. The house received significant damage. The sale was off. Dawn worked with us to assess the true damage even though she had her own storm damage. With her recommendation we cleaned up the property and had it inspected. It was safe to live in. Dawn worked to value the home. In the end, the same buyers came back and bought the property for a price we all agreed on. Dawn is fun to work with and is incredibly dedicated to her profession. I highly recommend her.
