Dawn first “cold called” when we were still in AZ. I let her know we would be in FL the beginning of December and I would contact her then. There was just something about her that made me want to do business with her. She was not pushy but an excellent listener. Most of all, she ended with her appreciation of me taking the time to speak with her and she would look forward to hearing from me when we got to FL. The sincerity in her voice made me gravitate to her. She was one of many realtors who contacted us for the listing of our property in FL. I had many choices of realtors and Dawn stood out from the rest! As it turned out, her sincerity transcended throughout our experience together. She was always on time, always looking for our best interest, did not hesitate to spend her own money when needed, ie professional photographs, seemed very comfortable, and she especially wanted to know the specifics of the property and HOA. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND her and surely hire her again, if need be.

I can go on and on about her. I got to a point where was ready to just buy A HOUSE, but she wouldn't let me. She said, "sanda we will find THE HOUSE." I couldn't explain to her exactly what I was looking for, even though I know I what I wanted, after touring two houses she knew exactly what I was looking and filtered my search for me.
