I live overseas and was not able to prepare the house for sale or do anything. Dave took the lead and help prepare the house for showing, took care of all of the walk-throughs, and facilitated an exceptionally quick closing, despite me being eight time zones away. He’s an outstanding agent, and I would recommend him to anyone. He helped us get far more money than we ever expected.

Dave was the first and only agent that responded to our inquiry when looking to purchase our home. He was willing to travel anywhere that we were interested in a property and he found many for us to consider. We were new to the area where we purchased our home. We contacted David when we ready to sell our home. We met with him on a Sunday afternoon. Five days later the listing hit the market, he presented an offer the next day, we accepted the day after and closed in 30 days! His response time, attention to the client, explanation of procedures to buy/sell, knowledge of the area, negotiation advice and skills are like none other we have encountered in buying or selling any of our (5) properties!
