We just purchased a condo in Ocean City, Maryland on 11/17/25. Dave provided us with excellence service. He is very knowledgeable and professional. I contacted him in September about real estate in Ocean City and gave him the property criteria that we wanted and the location. He set up a profile on the Real Estate MLS for us and we received notifications on all listed and upcoming properties that met our criteria. His communication was excellent and he was always very informative and always answered any questions that I had very promptly. Dave is very knowledgeable and has many years of experience in his business which makes him one of the best realtors out there. He is very professional, but also friendly.
