Very pleased overall.
David was extremely helpful in every stage of the selling process. Although we had some unexpected complications on our end, he exhibited great patience and understanding in dealing with the situation. He was very familiar with the area, knew the market well, and managed every step of the process, making our job very easy. The sale was quick, without hassle, and all parties were happy with the outcome.
