David was a phenomenal agent. He worked with my husband and I prior to me getting pregnant and continued the relationship after I had the baby. We searched for homes for about a year. He never showed frustration with our indecisiveness. And, there was never a point when we thought he was just trying to get us in a house. We must have looked at over 90 homes and ended up in the neighborhood where we initially started looking. David was extremely knowledgeable about the Atlanta neighborhoods and made suggestions on homes that fit what we were looking for. At the end of this all, we can genuinely say that we didn't only get a real estate agent, we have a friend as well. You would be lucky to have David as an agent.
David Pippin was a fabulous real estate agent! He was incredibly patient with me despite my indecisiveness and budgetary limits. Because I was new to the area, I didn’t have a clue as to where to look. He showed me each possible neighborhood and we saw houses at the top, middle, and low side of my budget. In addition to being knowledgeable about real estate, he really knew the character of each neighborhood which was extremely helpful. Most importantly to me, David was fabulous with my parents. As a single, first time home buyer, I wanted input from my parents throughout the buying process. My father is a no non-sense businessman and has been known to have strong opinions about a great many things. After meeting David, my father felt pleased I had found such an experienced, competent, and trustworthy agent. We all came to depend on David’s professional opinion. Once we found the perfect place, David helped me every step of the way. I was a nervous wreck, but he patiently walked me through the whole process. I am thrilled that I am a home owner! My house couldn’t be more perfect for me. It had everything that I was looking for and worked with my budget. I am sure another agent would have given up, but David really stuck with me until I found the house I was looking for.
