When we met, I knew he was the agent for me within minutes (that's a lot to say for someone who has the tendency to be picky!). Not only is he a great personality to work with, his knowledge and expertise is outstanding. He knows the area and its home values: this expertise comes in handy during the entire process, from negotiation to appraisals. He is so helpful to getting your needs met, very responsive, always answers your calls or gets back to you quickly. He showed me homes below my budget and to the higher end. He helped me to find another lender (who was absolutely amazing and efficient), and made sure I got to a successful closing. He makes sure the lender communication is seamless and he truly is your advocate through the entire process. I was able to trust him, relax, and know that the job would get done. As a first time home buyer, "relax" can be a foreign concept, but he made it easy to. He found a great place at a great price for me.
