Closing on the house from a distance could have been an anxiety filled experience, but it was much easier than I had expected as David was easy to reach, quick to respond, and knowledgeable when I had questions throughout the process.

If you are looking for an Intown Atlanta home, you can't find a better agent than David. We dealt with "Atlanta agents" who didn't know anything about school districts, property value trends, or anything about the neighborhoods we were interested. Then we found David- he knows the intown market and community inside and out- because he is part of the community! He was patient and shared his expertise with us first-time buyers. He guided us through the process without forcing anything on us. He could have gotten a higher commission by letting us select a poorly located property with some bells and whistles that sucked us in, but instead he was honest (and right) about the house being a less than ideal investment. Thanks to his gentle advice we dodged a bullet and got a great starter home that were sure is a good investment.
