David was so helpful to us through every step of the process. The first step was the evaluation of our home and getting to know our plans for the future. David spent a good deal of time getting to know us and our property. He advised us on a sales price, explained the entire process and discussed the staging and marketing plan. He staged our home and brought in an amazing photographer. The house was listed quickly and we had buyers calling within the first hour of posting. He held a two day open house where we had 85 visitors and a written offer, way over asking by the end of the second day. We went into escrow very quickly and David was there every step of the way to walk us through the process, explain all the paperwork and answered every call with his friendly greeting and helpful advice. He even showed up for the inspection and recommended a vendor for the repairs. While we ultimately used our own vendor, I appreciated that he had someone at the ready.
