David was so helpful to us through every step of the process. The first step was the evaluation of our home and getting to know our plans for the future. David spent a good deal of time getting to know us and our property. He advised us on a sales price, explained the entire process and discussed the staging and marketing plan. He staged our home and brought in an amazing photographer. The house was listed quickly and we had buyers calling within the first hour of posting. He held a two day open house where we had 85 visitors and a written offer, way over asking by the end of the second day. We went into escrow very quickly and David was there every step of the way to walk us through the process, explain all the paperwork and answered every call with his friendly greeting and helpful advice. He even showed up for the inspection and recommended a vendor for the repairs. While we ultimately used our own vendor, I appreciated that he had someone at the ready. Our home closed in just over 30 days and we are able to start our next adventure ahead of schedule, financially set up for success. My friends keep saying, that I only have praise for David and there must be something negative. Honestly the only negative thing I can think of is we had to pack more quickly because the house closed so fast. David even solved that by negotiating some extra time for us in our home to be ready for our cross country move. I am extremely thankful for all the hard work he put into selling our home. His positive energy and passion helped us to worry less in the stressful times of selling a home, especially during a pandemic. He always put our safety and health as his top priority. He treated us with respect and always had a solution to any problem that came our way. David always seemed like part of the family and constantly kept us all updated.
