My experience was great from beginning to end. Dave was professional, kind and knowledgeable. We hit some very rough patches, no fault of him or his team, but everything was handled by Dave and his team in such a way that I never had to worry! If you want an amazing selling or buying experience I would absolutely look no further!

Dave helped us in all aspects of our sale. He kept in constant contact with us, and provided first rate customer service. He made us feel involved, but provided the guidance and advice to make a quick sale in a difficult market for sellers. Would recommend him to anyone looking for a top rate agent. This is the second home we’ve purchased with the help of Dave Phillips. He really is a now a family friend and we’ll use him again in the future. Both homes had a few complications, but Dave was always there for us. He always answers his calls or texts, and explains things in a way that a layperson can understand. After the purchase, he checks up and makes sure all is going well, as well as a great source of contacts for little repairs and improvements for new home. Can’t recommend him enough.
