Daves knowledge is great ... always all my questions!

My experience was great from beginning to end. Dave was professional, kind and knowledgeable. We hit some very rough patches, no fault of him or his team, but everything was handled by Dave and his team in such a way that I never had to worry! If you want an amazing selling or buying experience I would absolutely look no further!

This is the second home we’ve purchased with the help of Dave Phillips. He really is a now a family friend and we’ll use him again in the future. Both homes had a few complications, but Dave was always there for us. He always answers his calls or texts, and explains things in a way that a layperson can understand. After the purchase, he checks up and makes sure all is going well, as well as a great source of contacts for little repairs and improvements for new home. Can’t recommend him enough.

When we first met David Phillips, he explained that his job was to make sure we felt secure in our purchase. He proved that time and again with his thorough knowledge of all aspects of the houses and the local market. Every time we viewed a new property Dave would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc. In the end we found the property that was perfect for us! Dave led us through multiple rounds of negotiation to get to a price that we were comfortable with. We found our home thanks to his constant support! We are absolutely loving our new home so far. David Phillips is a pure professional. Super pleasant to work with, very patient and thorough in explaining the process and all of the documents, and he lets nothing fall through the cracks. Just a really nice guy. All of that is really important, but he excelled at the things that were MOST important...he sold my house very quickly in a difficult market, and got me almost exactly what he estimated we could get for it. His marketing of the property was very thorough also...the photos were lovely, the ad was well-written, and my listing popped up on all of my (and my friends') social media new feeds several times each week. I will never use another agent in the Las Vegas area...David Phillips is my realtor!
