All I can say is thank you David for helping me sell my Dad’s estate house. It was a stressful time and he made marketing and selling easy even during COVID. I was out of town and he did everything. His contacts were amazing. He was able to have all the repairs done to include painting and carpeting within in two weeks. Buying and selling with Dave Novak was a great experience! He delivered better than expected results on the buy and sell side.
