It's not to often that you can find an agent that will make you fell like he understands your end game. Dave takes the time to learn who you are so he can tailor his services to help you. He was able to get top dollar for my brothers house when he passed away 2 years ago. He has also helped me in finding a condo, knowing it is to be a rental investment. He is 100% looking out for your best interest, and he usually picks up the phone when you make a call unlike most agents.
