I simply cannot overstate the value of having David Novak as my Real Estate Agent! Working in a parallel real estate field, I have had the opportunity to work with many agents over the years. David is the best communicator I've worked with. He answers his phone (rare in this industry) and responds quickly to anything that comes up. His background in real estate lending, his experience as a long time real estate investor allows him to keep your deal moving forward when less experienced agents would throw in the towel. Specifically, on our most recent transaction, we had a chance to see David Novak shine. We were selling our condo in Dillon, CO. While familiar with the Dillon Market, David was not a member of the local association of realtors. No problem! He immediately filed the paperwork, paid the fees and got on the local board. After getting professional interior and exterior photos, he put our condo on multiple listing platforms. Within 3 days we had an offer 6.5% over the asking price. Needless to say, we were thrilled.
