Caring and Persistent

David wrote me a letter in the mail saying he loved my home and would like to sell it, and never gave up after that! He spent many Sundays at open house, kept checking up on it when I wasn’t around, and went out of his way to get the best possible outcome for our sale. David Gives Support

I met David recently, inquired about selling my house and we were a go. It took us 2 months to get the house from getting ready to sell to sold officially today. He provided enough insight to my knowledge and willingness to work. The whole time, he checked on the progress and gave insight as well. David provided flexibility in his schedule to ensure that deadlines with contractors, plumbers, electricians, etc. were able to get the work needed on the house done. I even did the whole selling process out of state. I had just enough support and would recommend David's services to friends, family, and inquiries in Iowa. Thanks again David.

Excellent job

Dave did a great job negotiating my desired purchase price. Was always available for showings and questions. He noted a advertised upgrade had not been completed and was able to get a credit at close. Very impressed with Dave's thoroughness and attention to detail.

Works For You!

David works around the clock for you! He worked so hard to sell our house by doing open houses, sending out advertisements, calling people in the area, and more. He kept us up-to-date on everything throughout the process in real time. He answered all our questions in a timely manner and worked above and beyond our expectations during a couple bumps in the road (not his fault at all). He is a pleasure to work with and is very knowledgeable about buying and selling homes.
