Great experience from start to finish! David and team are always professional and helpful. He helped me purchase the home 6 years ago and was the first person I reached out to when planning to sell it this year. David Marcantuno is one of a kind real state agent... always available, helpful, kind and willing to go extra mile to help his clients. I moved out of sate while my house was vacant and Dave helped me first with helping me get my house on rent and then get it sold. During all this, Dave got the necessary repairs/modifications done to make sure house is always in good shape. Whenever I needed him, he was just a text away. I had the best experience with Dave. I talked to David after a recommendation and very happy I did. After my last realtor failed to sell or rent my house, David was on it. He explained what we needed to do in order to get a buyer and/or tenant. He is very detailed, always available and since I moved out of state, took care of all repairs needed to get my house ready for renting. A true champ and professional. Now my house is on rent but would again use his services to sell it once lease is over. Highly recommended.

Dave is great to work with. He is always available to answer questions, and is thorough with all his explanations. He's down to earth, easy to talk to and always helped us make good decisions and give good advice. Dave was incredibly knowledgeable about every house we looked at and truly took the time to help us make an informed decision so we needed up with the perfect house for us. As first time homebuyers, we were probably a little on the needy side and he was patient and understanding and made sure we understood the process and took the time to answer all of our questions.
