I talked to David after a recommendation and very happy I did. After my last realtor failed to sell or rent my house, David was on it. He explained what we needed to do in order to get a buyer and/or tenant. He is very detailed, always available and since I moved out of state, took care of all repairs needed to get my house ready for renting. A true champ and professional.
