David was helpful, professional, extremely honest, and patient with my family and I on buying our first home. He even went out of his way to do a water test on his own so we could make our closing deadline. He also recommended a great leander. I highly recommend him as an agent and an advice he gives.
David is Very honest and worked hard to sell our property. He really worked with us to get the house in condition to sell. He also cares about the other party and wants the buyer, as week as seller, to be happy. He does our house in less than 3 weeks for full asking price.
David is an all around great person first and foremost which is very hard to find in the Real Estate business. He was our agent on a new home purchase and to be clear we were located over 2000 miles away most of the process. He would always be immediate to respond to our questions and concerns. Even post sale he has helped me with questions. I would strongly recommend him to anyone in the southern NH area.
We started searching Zillow in December 2016 for a home in NH. Since we were in FL it was difficult. We saw David's name and called. Well, he even offered to take videos of properties to send to us. None of the other realtors called us back. We finally closed on our new condo at the end of May 2017, and David has been with us the whole way. If you want someone who is loyal to you and returns your phone calls the same day and goes the extra mile, then David is your guy.

We would email him whenever any questions came up ( sometimes on weekends and in the middle of the night), and we never went long without hearing back from David. He was an amazing advocate for us when the house buying went through and even stopped by to make sure that everything was going well. He continues to reach out to us now and again. I could not recommend a realtor more highly. We felt supported, listened to , and understood. David is amazing!!
David was very helpful as we navigated the purchase of our first home, and was very patient as we really nailed down what we were looking for! The day of the closing we got stuck in the snow, and he even came to "rescue" us. :)
