We listed and had an accepted offer on our home inside of 3 weeks, but unfortunately had a nightmare scenario in which our first buyer (not represented by David) was unable to proceed with the purchase and that deal fell apart the day before we were set to close on both properties. David helped us with that last minute wrangling and in the end, we relisted, accepted an offer within just a few weeks, and finally closed on both properties early this year (2020). David was with us every step of the way with assistance, encouragement, and confidences. We would highly recommend David to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

David was awesome to deal with from A to Z when listing my home in Wilton, NH. He had fantastic knowledge of my local market and even tipped me off exactly when to list for optimum return when I was on the fence for a while. Easy to communicate with and he also would send me video messages to communicate with me which I found extremely personable and just a really nice touch. We had 10 offers after 48 hours of showings and we sat down and had a very intense negotiating session with all the potential buyers. He earned his commission that day alone in my opinion. His advice was always spot on (especially we were dealing with such high offers he suggested we ask the buyers to offer a specific amount of cash to cover a low appraisals, and he actually hit that amount dead on when the dust settled after the P&S and appraisal) I wouldn’t hesitate to use David again if the opportunity ever came up and I will be recommending his to friends and family going forward. He checked every box above and beyond.
