As first time home buyers, my wife and I were very nervous about going through with the whole process. Luckily for us, David was recommended to us by our mortgage company and he couldn’t have made it any easier for us. He was always able to answer any questions we had in a way that was easy to understand. He was also very quick to get us in to any homes that we wanted to look at. I definitely appreciated how forthcoming he was in pointing out any potential issues a house might have and showing us what to look for (i.e. the quality of the roof, foundation, HVAC systems, etc). He was also able to negotiate with the seller in conducting some minor repairs and maintenance prior to us moving in. All in all, perfect experience. Definitely would recommend.

David was absolutely fantastic to my husband and I! We just bought our first home and the experience was incredibly smooth and painless, all thanks to him. Great Realtor! I went through 3 realtors before coming across David. I found him on google and when I say it did an AMAZING job helping me get my home it was a blessing. He communicated so well, very explanatory with everything, kept me updated everyday til I closed out on my home and not to forget He keeps his promises and words on what he say he’s going to do involving your home.
