As first time home buyers, my wife and I were very nervous about going through with the whole process. Luckily for us, David was recommended to us by our mortgage company and he couldn’t have made it any easier for us. He was always able to answer any questions we had in a way that was easy to understand. He was also very quick to get us in to any homes that we wanted to look at. I definitely appreciated how forthcoming he was in pointing out any potential issues a house might have and showing us what to look for (i.e. the quality of the roof, foundation, HVAC systems, etc). He was also able to negotiate with the seller in conducting some minor repairs and maintenance prior to us moving in. All in all, perfect experience. Definitely would recommend.

We would make a good offer the day a house went on the market and would get out bid. But even though our agent David Flood said he had set a record with the number of bids we had offered, he never hesitated to do the work. He was attentive to all of our questions and concerns and was in constant contact. If on the odd chance he didn't answer his phone, he would call back promptly.
