David has achieved recognition as Birmingham's Broker of the Year. In recent years he received the highest award given to any real estate agent in Birmingham. This award is the prestigious Tom Rast Award, presented by The Birmingham Association of REALTORS®. The Tom Rast President's Cup is a lifetime achievement award to honor a REALTOR® who has demonstrated sales achievement, ethical conduct, professionalism, knowledge, and cooperation in business dealings. Candidates must have been a continuous member of the Association for 25 years or longer.
