David Donnini is a pro. He guided me in establishing the right price to sell and went above and beyond to make sure that everything (including things not usually expected from a realtor) was done properly. He followed up tenaciously to keep communications with the buyer and their lender progressing and helped me avoid snags with the city an pest control company, and kept me up to speed every step of the way. He even recommended reliable and fair contractors to get the place in top shape. I recommend David 11 out of 10. He is worth twice what he earns.

David’s experience and knowledge was very comforting, especially as an inexperienced home seller. My uncle designated me as the 1st trustee for five family members. I was anxious because I wanted everyone to feel that my decisions were made in the best interest for all in the trust. David patiently explained everything. He helped me with all aspects of selling the house including finding trustworthy repair and landscaping people. David is someone that I trust and will refer to my friends and family.
