We had the pleasure of working with David Donnini when we decided to purchase a house in the Los Angeles area. Throughout the process whether it was previewing listings, writing an offer, going through the inspection phase, escrow, and even after closing escrow, David was professional, hard working, responsive, friendly and all around great to work with. We lived out of town and he helped to coordinate all of the inspections and met the inspectors at the property on our behalf and send photos and updates throughout the inspections which was very helpful. We had some very difficult hurdles to overcome while we were in escrow dealing with an unreasonable seller and a very uncooperative and unresponsive listing agent. David had to complete much of the work of the listing agent to get the escrow closed including arranging cleanup that should have been handled by the seller and listing agent prior to closing. David Donnini is a pro. He guided me in establishing the right price to sell and went above and beyond to make sure that everything (including things not usually expected from a realtor) was done properly. He followed up tenaciously to keep communications with the buyer and their lender progressing and helped me avoid snags with the city an pest control company, and kept me up to speed every step of the way. He even recommended reliable and fair contractors to get the place in top shape. I recommend David 11 out of 10. He is worth twice what he earns.
