Without any reservation, I would rate David with 5 stars. From the start of the entire sales process, when I called him for an initial interview, to the close of escrow, things went smoothly. David coordinated resources to clear out the property (which was a very big task), answered calls promptly (even on a holiday weekend), kept me informed of the status of each of the major steps in the process, and provided in-home notary service to make the signing of escrow papers very convenient. Throughout my work with him, he was both professional and easy to work with.
