My husband and I found David through yelp and I am so thankful for the great reviews he received because that is the reason why I choose him. This was our second attempt to sell our home, the first was a disappointment because the agent was lacking. So, we were a bit nervous especially because we were living out of state and we had tenants in the home at the time. David was amazing, he gave us time to think over our decision to sell, provided us with the necessary information to make the decision making process easier. His confidence gave us the confidence that this sell was going to be different from the last. Needless to say, our house was off the market after the very first day of showings. Although the process took a bit longer due to tenants moving out and the buyers not wanting to assume land lordship (I made that word up but it works ) he kept us updated throughout the entire time. If I was to ever relocate or know someone relocating...David's name would be my first and only choice. Thank you David, it was a great experience and we couldn't be happier!

Thanks to David the process of selling our condo was smooth from pre-list preparations (painting, repairs, etc) through the close of escrow. It was the first property I’ve sold and I was a nervous wreck. Thank goodness Dave was a fantastic adviser and consultant every step of the way. Fixes to the property, pricing, countering offers, negotiating contingencies, etc., etc. Dave was there with recommendations, excellent rationale for the recommendations, likely outcomes for alternative approaches and so on, but no sugar coated fluff. He is a straight shooter. I just can’t imagine using anyone else. I very much appreciate the experience and I give David 5+ stars in every category.

I closed on my house with Awesome San Diego Real Estate last December, and had a wonderful experience. Even more importantly, though, is that almost a full year later, I can still call on David when my water heater goes out to get references. I had a company come out and give me a quote that was double what I was able to talk them down to (I didn't use them), and he was able to get someone to come install a tankless water heater for less than the original quote I got for a standard. He even offered to let us come shower at his place while the water heater was down! Now that is going above and beyond! David is so nice, always available, and such a sweetheart. And he really knows his stuff when it comes to real estate. I never felt like just a transaction to him, which is very rare in a realtor.

David is wonderful and patient. He is always available and is a wealth of knowledge. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to our friends and family! We will certainly work with him again when buying our next home!

David did a fantastic job marketing our home! We actively listed our home the week in January 2016 that had a big rain storm. On the worst day of the storm David's private viewing (before the open house) had around 12 buyers and ended up with multiple offers. The second day of showings we had more buyers and more offers. It got to the point that offers were being revised to compete with offers coming in, which drove our sale price above asking (nice!). We ended up entering escrow after 3 days on the market. David helped us get our home ready for sale by recommending Beppie Mostert from Living Design Interiors, LLC, to help us know how to stage our home to stand out, and then by bringing in a professional photographer for marketing pictures. When we went live it was very professional and looked fantastic! The escrow process went relatively smooth considering we needed to do some repairs, move out, and tent the house for termites all while moving to the East Coast. Escrow closed on schedule. We highly recommend David for the sale of your home. His marketing techniques exceed others, and they work!
