I am extremely happy with how the sale of our condo worked out. Dave advised us throughout the process. If I had a misconception about how or why to do something Dave would talk it through with me. He would lay out what typically happens for various scenarios and let's me decide. We had discussions like this for prepping the condo, setting the asking price, negotiating the sale and negotiating contingencies. I wouldn't want to do it without Dave. My husband and I found David through yelp and I am so thankful for the great reviews he received because that is the reason why I choose him. This was our second attempt to sell our home, the first was a disappointment because the agent was lacking. So, we were a bit nervous especially because we were living out of state and we had tenants in the home at the time. David was amazing, he gave us time to think over our decision to sell, provided us with the necessary information to make the decision making process easier. His confidence gave us the confidence that this sell was going to be different from the last. Needless to say, our house was off the market after the very first day of showings. Although the process took a bit longer due to tenants moving out and the buyers not wanting to assume land lordship (I made that word up but it works ) he kept us updated throughout the entire time.
