He was great at communicating and got me my dream vacation home. He helped work through the various struggles and I knew that working with him we would get the deal done. And what can I say....he goes above and beyond! Escrow took longer than expected and so we could close and my family could get into the cabin, he flew up to where we were staying in Big Bear to get the signed escrow docs, flew them back and dropped them off in person to the Escrow office all so we could get in right away and avoid me having to drive down the hill back to San Diego to get them in. Who does that? I can say he is a great agent and even better guy. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new home to call him. I know I will be on my next house! David did an absolutely amazing job with my home purchase. Everything went as smoothly as possible, and I couldn't be happier with the quality work he put into. He understood me quickly and very well about what I was looking for. David made looking for a house an enjoyable experience. He is very knowledgeable and I learned a lot from him.
