I’m David Calderon, a South Florida Realtor with Real-Ativity. I’ve been in real estate for over 8 years, and what I enjoy most about this business is the relationships I build along the way. I believe buying or selling a home is a big decision, and I treat every client the same way I would treat a friend or family member. My goal is to be honest, straightforward, available when you need me, and make sure you always understand what’s happening throughout the process. I work with buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Fort Lauderdale, Broward County, and South Florida. Over the years, I’ve helped clients with everything from their first home to investment properties, condos, rentals, and million-dollar homes. South Florida is home for me, so I know these communities not only as a Realtor, but as someone who lives and works here every day. I’m also fluent in English and Spanish.
