I cannot say enough about this man; Dave Bovard’s profound dedication and service exceeds all expectations. I was overwhelmed by the enormity of my particular project, with many, MANY questions and obstacles requiring major guidance. Dave went above and far beyond to assist over the prolonged period my property required prior to actually going on the market. I was able to fully trust and rely on his recommendations and follow his advice to seek legal advice or otherwise. He maintains a long list of professionals he has worked with who respect him as well which paves a smooth road to a sale. His love for his job, innate ability to communicate and genuine demeanor are evident in every aspect. My experience could have been very different and much more difficult without Dave on my side.
