Tori & David were beyond amazing! They negotiated perfectly to get us into our dream home at the price we wanted with lots of upgrades from the builder. They typed up notes for our walk through which I certainly wasn’t expecting. We were EXTREMELY PLEASED with them and would definitely use them again! Me and my husband decided to use David since he helped my parents with their house. We were first time buyers who also were moving from VA. Working with David was great. He spent countless hours looking at houses and taking videos for us. I felt confident he would fight for us when negotiating. The house we ended up with is amazing. He was able to have the seller include their fridge with the sale of the house which was a big help moving across the country. One less thing to worry about! Once we closed and looked through the house we noticed the sellers left it pretty dirty. David stepped in and got a cleaning crew out and it made such a difference! If you're looking for a realtor that really cares about the people he's working with and very knowledgeable you've got you're guy in David :)
