35 real estate agents in TX, 75039

We enjoyed working with Kristi as our agent when selling our home in Prosper. Kristi showed up to the initial meeting well-prepared and having done her homework. We appreciated how she checked other listings within our neighborhood and spoke with the listing agents to get a better gauge on the market. The list price she suggested was lower than the other brokers we met with, but it was a fair price that was indicative of the market Kristi hired a good team to market the home and make it look its best. The result was an offer within the first few days of listing. She helped us negotiate with the buyers to come to a fair market price, and advocated for us where it made sense. I highly recommend Kristi for anyone looking to sell their home at a fair price. She is also well-versed in corporate relocation, having helped many families move into and out of DFW.

After having sold a home previously, I knew how important it was to find not only an experienced real estate professional, but someone who was confident, strategic, and willing to stand firm when negotiations became challenging. I had made the mistake before of working with an agent who wasn’t assertive enough, and I wasn’t going to make that mistake again. After interviewing several real estate agents, Kristi walked through the door, and I instantly knew she was the one. Her confidence, knowledge, and tenacious energy immediately stood out. I knew she would be the perfect person to represent my home. From day one Kristi went above and beyond. She was always available to answer questions, provide guidance and help me prepare my home for the market. In fact, she didn’t just offer advice she literally picked up a hammer and helped me hang artwork to ensure my home showed at its absolute best. I am aware that the current market is not the best for sellers. I’ve heard countless stories of homes sitting on the market for months or even years. But not with Kristi. Within just a few hours of my home being listed, we received a full-price offer on the very first day. The true test of a great agent however comes during negotiations. When the buyers requested concessions toward their closing costs, Kristi was exactly who I knew her to be. She stood firm, confidently articulated the value of my home, and reminded the buyer’s agent why it shouldn’t sell for a penny less. Thanks to her expertise and determination, she successfully secured my price. The only disappointing part of working with Kristi is that I now live several states away and won’t get to be around her magnetic energy anymore. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking to sell their home, maximize their value and have an incredible advocate in their corner every step of the way.

Kristi was very thorough, she was available 24/7 and answered questions very quickly - Kept us informed all throughout the process - Thank you!
