Dave has an expert knowledge of all the tools of his trade. He goes above and beyond most of his colleagues in employing advanced marketing tools (video walk-throughs, use of a professional photographer and drone shots) to show the best features of a home listed with him. My situation developed into a chaotic, long-standing and complicated slog to get to closing. Dave stuck with it all and we eventually crossed the finish line.
