Dave helped our family sell my mother in law's house after she passed away. The house was sold quickly and for a fair price. Dave is very knowledgeable about the market and the sales process. When the need arose for services, such as a clean out of the house and environmental testing, Dave was able to provide recommendations and help us procure those services. This was very important to the family since we do not reside in the same state as the state of sale. Dave has an expert knowledge of all the tools of his trade. He goes above and beyond most of his colleagues in employing advanced marketing tools (video walk-throughs, use of a professional photographer and drone shots) to show the best features of a home listed with him. My situation developed into a chaotic, long-standing and complicated slog to get to closing. Dave stuck with it all and we eventually crossed the finish line.
