Working with Dave on the selling of my house was for the most part a non-stressful, quick endeavor. The property sold in a matter of days and the only stressful event was dealing with a roof replacement at the last moment. Dave was always available to take my calls and even communicated with me numerous times while on a family vacation! He gave me great advice in a very professional manner. I do not anticipate selling my new property any time soon, but if I do, I will go with Dave again and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell property.

Dave went above and beyond for us. We worked with Dave when we moved to NE from MN 22 years ago and went back when we decided to put our house up for sale. We put our house up for sale after the 2024 hail storm. We had construction work pending at the time of offer and time of closing. It was a complicated, time-consuming closing. Dave patiently walked us through every step and was proactive in anticipating next steps. We moved up to MN before the closing date when the construction was not yet finished. We had money in escrow for same and a deadline for completing work. With us now being out of state we have absolutely depended on Dave for keeping track of progress and coordinating between the various parties. He has been an absolute god-sent. He has reduced my stress level so much and I know for sure he was not paid from this sale!!

Dave and Travis are great team! They are very responsive to requests and are very helpful if you need any information. I would highly recommend them if you are buying or selling a home.
