My solid impression of their work began the first day on the job. The walk through, setting the list price and speed to market were all impressive. They were working to sell my mothers home and I was dealing with them from a distance (Chicago and Milwaukee) and needed to be kept up to speed, they did that very well. They did a great job with the showings and when the negotiations started, they were helpful and were always looking out for my mother and the best price possible....not the commission.
