Dave and Candy are easy to work with. They listened to our imput. Dave took great photos of the house. They were thorough with finding comps to set the right price. House was on the market for two days to find a buyer. There were multiple offers. Dave and Candy kept us informed on all actions, from viewings, offers and all other items. Would use them again.

They answered all our questions, even the ones about remodeling our existing home to get it ready for the market. They have been helpful experts, every step of the way. Their guidance gave us the confidence we needed to make this major purchase.
