I can not say enough good things about Candy and Dave, they are AMAZING. I do not recommend anyone other than Candy and Dave to sell your house. After having our house listed for almost a year with a different agent we had Candy and Dave come in. They took BEAUTIFUL pictures, listed the house and we had 5 offers within a week. We accepted an offer ABOVE list. Candy did a WONDERFUL job with the selling process - she stayed on top of attorneys, agents, lenders and anyone else.
