Everything you did was above and beyond and all I can say from the bottom of my heart is we wouldn't have got a better realtor, support and friend in you guys than anyone else. I have many things to write but if i were to point out one main thing, it's about handling the things when they go down the hill. Everyone is great at their work when things are going fine but in your process if things start to take longer, more negotiations are needed, they are there for you, on your side as a body shield.

They were patient, even when we decided less than a week before closing that we didn't want one of the houses. They were assertive with owners and realtors without being aggressive, and helped us close in 2 weeks to escape a rat infestation at our apartment.
