While viewing homes Dave wouldn’t hold back on his opinions of the neighborhoods, knowing we were raising 3 boys; you really could see that he cared and he was not trying to rush us into a contract. They were always in contact and always had time for us, even though they were very busy! We looked at 5 or 6 homes in one day, and in this competitive market we were able to land a home that we are in love with and plan on living in for decades.
