The agent was not fully committed, he didn’t show us the homes that we wanted to see, he didn’t get things done in a timely matter, he was flaky and at one point he left us hanging for about a week. They had a route selected and everything was organized. While viewing homes Dave wouldn’t hold back on his opinions of the neighborhoods, knowing we are raising 3 boys. You really could see that he cared and was not trying to rush us into a contract. They were always in contact and always had time for us, and we know they were very busy! We looked at about 20 to 30 homes, sometimes 5 or 6 in one day, and in this competitive market we were able to land a home that we are in love with and plan on living in for decades. We just want to extend our gratitude toward Dave, Kris and the whole team. Your guys hard work and dedication make dreams come true!
