We needed to donate old items to charity, do some painting, fix some carpets, and clean the place. Lisa managed to orchestrate all things on a quick schedule and we got the house listed very fast for sale. When it came time to review offers and negotiate, Daryl is like a seasoned poker player who knows all the players and their tricks. I can't speak any higher of the DL team - they are tops in my book!
