Helpful, attentive, and professional agency. Very good advice and help on preparations for the listing. The house sold within four days of listing, at nearly 5% above listing. Calls and messages were always promptly answered. Daryl and associates worked very hard to facilitate an earliest-possible closing in a swamped market.
