Daryl and Lisa epitomize the professional real estate agent. We have worked with their team in 2016 when we purchased our current home and had a wonderful experience. Daryl and Lisa above all else are patient and compassionate. We felt like we had their undivided attention as if we were the only clients they had. We recently sold a rental property and again Daryl and Lisa were "spot on" when it came to prepping the property for sale. Daryl and Lisa are a dynamic duo! I needed to sell my mother's house and both my mother and I are not local. We needed to donate old items to charity, do some painting, fix some carpets, and clean the place. Lisa managed to orchestrate all things on a quick schedule and we got the house listed very fast for sale. Daryl and Lisa did an awesome job in selling our home. They were always patient and professional. They knew the market trends and the best way to price the house to sell quickly. They helped us with how to get the house ready for the market as far as painting, cleaning, landscaping etc. We had many questions and they took all the time we needed and answered everyone. The house listed on Friday and by Monday we had multiple offers. We could not have gotten the house sold as quickly with better than asking price without Daryl and Lisa.
